Business Analyst, Business and Product Excellence

Business & Product Operations (BPO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing and Support teams within AWS.

BPO needs a creative, dynamic and results driven business intelligence professional who wants to build and create the data and metrics framework that will support Private Pricing globally. This role is a critical part of the team that is launching the latest services into the market and ensuring that our customers get to experience our full range of products first hand before they buy. This job requires a strong sense of ownership and ability to deal with ambiguity.

- Ability to develop metrics, data cleansing, and data collection.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

- Business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users.

- Experience managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Intermediate Excel, SQL, and Data Visualization Skills (such as Tableau, PowerBI, AWS QuickSight).

- Advanced written communication skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership.

- Internal and external customer focus and a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations. - Proven project management ability that demonstrates organizational and problem solving skills that lead to a successful conclusion. -Strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $61,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $131,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
