Looking for a Business Analyst with 4-5+ years in Corporate, Digital Products, Customer Facing Mobile Applications, Customer Experience, Agile for a long term contract, possibly to hire.

Looking for expertise in Business Analysis, Corporate, Digital Products, Mobile Applications, Customer Experience, Jira, Agile.

What you will be doing:
-- Work closely with designers, product owners, technical teams, service teams, stake holders to gather requirements for digital products, customer facing mobile applications
-- Creates weekly Powerpoint presentations for meetings
-- Reviews dashboards and reports
-- Create roadmaps
-- Schedule and run meetings
-- Create Epics
-- Works heavily with Jira
-- Create User Stories in Jira
-- Organize backlog in Jira
-- Look at customer / user journey mappings using Figma or Mural
-- Perform UAT - User Acceptance Testing

What you will need:
-- 4-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst - Corporate, Digital Products, Customer Centric Projects - Support/Delivery, Enterprise Strategy Development, Customer Experience
-- Experience with Digital Products
-- Experience with customer facing Mobile Applications
-- Must have excellent business acumen, collaborative and very detailed oriented
-- Experience creating Roadmaps, User Stories, Epics,
-- Experience with Dashboards and Reports
-- Experience with Jira
-- Experience with Agile, Agile Framework
-- Experience with MS Office Suite, O365, Microsoft Powerpoint
-- Experience with looking at Customer / User Journey Mappings using Mural and Figma a plus
