As a Business Analyst II, you will play a crucial role in supporting compliance and identity verification efforts.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements. Additionally, you'll contribute to the closure of key ST Audit action items by developing automated dashboards. These dashboards will track ATS Operators' carrier suspension and reactivation activities on the Relay Operator portal. By improving reporting accuracy and efficiency, you'll help enhance Post Onboarding False Negative rates across the US and EU.

Overview
Navigates & manages complex data models for existing business lines and applies learnings to develop new models for emerging business lines.
Data management will primarily involve Excel & VBA skills as well as basic SQL knowledge.
Understand P&L structures and basic financial/accounting concepts.
Exhibits high attention to detail and experience with data auditing to ensure data accuracy.
Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify models. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Responsibilities
Automation and Standardization:
Assist in migrating existing Tableau dashboards to Quicksight.
Create new metrics as needed.
Key dashboards to be migrated include:
Capacity Conversion Deck
Post Onboarding Bad Actor Tracking (to consistently monitor False Negative rate kingpin goals)
Carrier Onboarding Metrics Worldwide
Carrier Suspension Metrics Worldwide
Liquidity Deck
Operator Carrier Suspension and Reactivation Behavior Tracking
Reporting Dashboard Maintenance:
Support the updating and maintenance of Weekly Business Reports (WBRs), Monthly Business Reports (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs) for the US, EU, and CA regions.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of these reports.
Quicksight Dashboard Development:
Create a Quicksight dashboard specifically for tracking bad actor onboarding metrics within the US and EU CICC team.
Data Automation:
Automate manual data pull jobs to free up research science bandwidth.
This will allow the team to focus on developing advanced fraud and identity screening models.
Product Improvement Support:
By automating existing reporting mechanisms, you'll contribute to freeing up analytics bandwidth.
This will enable the team to concentrate on identifying product improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred.
Basic understanding of the financial market.
Experience in investment banking and private equity investments is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and detail-oriented.
