BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Business Analyst in the location Columbus,OH!

Position Title: Business Analyst
Location: Columbus,OH (Hybrid Role) 3 days onsite 2 days remote
Expected Duration (possible extension): 6 Months Contract To Hire(W2)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Comfortable in a "start-up type environment"
* Has a continuous improvement focus - reviewing existing and building new processes
* Can prepare and present information in a way that is clear & concise
* Can come up with creative solutions and has an aptitude for learning
* Can work across teams - finance, P&A, and technology to help improve processes and drive decision making
* Can communicate ideas and assist in story-line development

Skills Mandatory : Needs to be an established professional (not a recent graduate). Essbase, Excel, PowerPoint; in excel the individual should be able to create pivot tables, perform vlookups, insert slicers, etc.. The individual should have the ability to tell a story with data (present it in a meaningful way). The individual must be a self-starter that is flexibly motivated and will work with minimal supervision. We work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
