Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst UAT Lead to join one of the nation's premier credit unions based in Mclean, VA . The Business Analyst UAT Lead will collaborate with multiple stakeholders - Scrum team, Product managers, Product owners and handle all things UAT. This position will be onsite 3 days per week in Mclean, VA!

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst UAT Lead include:

• Understand products, business risks, and collaborate with Scrum teams, Product Managers, and Product Owners
• Perform UAT testing to ensure product quality and alignment with business requirements
• Act as a Project Manager for all UAT-related activities, overseeing tasks and timelines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide testing updates
• Document test cases, results, and issues encountered during UAT
• Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving defects to enhance product quality

Qualifications for the Business Analyst UAT Lead include:

• Proven experience in UAT testing and manual testing procedures
• Ability to understand complex products and associated business risks
• Strong project management skills with the capability to lead UAT initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach to testing and documenting test results
• Proficiency in identifying, prioritizing, and resolving defects to ensure product quality and user satisfaction.

Compensation for the Business Analyst UAT Lead includes:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
