We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in our Workday migration and integration project following a recent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Workday systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex integration challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements related to the Workday migration.
Analyze existing systems, processes, and data to determine the scope and impact of the integration.
Solution Design:
Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Design and document solutions to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities into the existing Workday environment.
Data Migration and Integration:
Oversee data mapping, data cleansing, and migration processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop and execute integration testing plans to validate the effectiveness of the Workday migration.
Project Management:
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Track project progress and assist in identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-u to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the migration phase.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Workday are a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in Workday migration and integration projects.
Strong understanding of Workday modules, including but not limited to HR, Finance, and Payroll.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
Familiarity with data migration techniques and tools, as well as integration testing methodologies.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Workday certification(s) in relevant modules.
Experience with acquisition-related integration projects.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Workday and HR systems.
