An employer is looking to add a Business Analyst/Project Manager to their team in St. Louis, MO. This person will assist with both Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities, depending on the phase of the project. As a BA, they will be responsible for meeting with technical and functional team members, to gather and document requirements. They will be responsible for technical and functional requirements or translating from one to the other. As a PM, they will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes and sharing those with the appropriate teams, following up with project members to ensure that the project is consistently moving forward, and escalating as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager

Experience working in IT and working with technical and functional resources (ideally on the infrastructure/data center side)

Experience working with Jira, where they are entering and tracking project items

Skilled in gathering and documenting requirements and taking detailed meeting notes

Ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements and vice versa

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in the telecom industry
