This role involves report development, data analysis and bridging IT with various business functions. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Business Applications Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports for business analysis and decision support
  
• Support and analyze business-critical software applications like CRM, ERP and e-commerce platforms
  
• Ensure data integrity and conduct data mining for enhanced business insights
  
• Assist in managing customer-facing websites, web order systems and EDI
  
• Lead IT projects and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes
  
• Create technical and user application documentation
  
• Oversee testing and end-user acceptance of business applications
  
• Design and maintain various business forms across multiple systems

Business Applications Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field
  
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business workflows
  
• Proficiency in problem-solving and complex analysis
  
• Effective collaboration within team settings
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Customer-centric approach to tasks
  
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software
  
• Prior experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation preferred
  
• Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne, Infor CRM, ReportsNow, Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SQL is advantageous
