We are looking for a Business Applications Solution Area Sales Lead specializing in Dynamics 365 solutions. This opportunity will allow you to be at the forefront of technology by growing the Business Applications business across Americas with unique responsibilities for accelerated business growth. You will work with our most important customers within our enterprise organization. You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities - selling best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and building digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. This role will have responsibity for accelerating the growth of the Business Applications solution area across the Americas region which includes the following areas: US, CANADA and LATAM.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Business Applications sales teams and partners to accelerate the growth of Business Applications revenue and to take market share from our competitors.
  • Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions ( GPS) to build a capable Business Applications partner ecosystem that can win against the competition.
  • Drive joint territory planning and co-sell with key partners and work with GPS to build a consistent ROB cadence.
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Applications SE&O to enable our sellers and drive brand awareness for Microsoft Business Applications with our customers and partners.
  • Drive Solution Area performance excellence by working with Business Applications Sales Excellence to implement T-13M sales execution rigor across the teams to drive healthy pipeline, Business Applications revenue and partner performance and IAP metrics.
  • Coach managers and sellers so they build Business Applications specialization.
  • Joint responsibility for Area Correction.
  • Provide sales and technical expertise and thought leadership to connect solutions with business impact.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
  • 6+ years of solution or services sales experience.
  • Skilled in sales, partner management, executive communication, and has the ability to influence.
  • Able to drive new sales through innovative methods, partnership events, social selling, and networking. Adept at gaining new market share.
  • Technical Expertise: Business Applications and Low Code proficiency
    • Certifications: Business Applications-900 certified (or ready within 3 months).
    • High Achiever: Surpass sales targets in assigned territory.
    • Sales Mastery: Experienced in complex sales training and methodologies.
Digital Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $62.16 - $104.33 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $80.67 - $114.13 per hour.
