*** Contract position for ~6 months; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.

*** REMOTE WORK -- however, preference will be given to candidates who are either local or can relocate for on-site work (hybrid schedule) to: Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ.

Business Continuity and Enterprise Resilience Testing Analyst :

- Responsible for developing, designing, and facilitating tests and exercises aligned with Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) guidance across all levels of the enterprise
- These tests and exercises are designed to evaluate and enhance the resiliency of corporate organization
- Design and implement comprehensive business continuity tests and exercises
- Ensure all tests and exercises align with FFIEC guidance
- Facilitate exercises at various organizational levels
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improving organizational resiliency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements
- Maintain documentation of test procedures, results, and action plans

Qualifications :

- Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Practitioner (HSEEP) certification
- Knowledge of FFIEC guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience with Fusion Risk Management software
- Nice to have Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification
- Experience in the financial services industry
