Business Development Executive

Insight Global is seeking 2 Business Development Executives for a client that is a leader in the Nutraceutical and Active Ingredient Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering growth in the specialty ingredients, Pharma Actives, and Food Additives sectors. Your focus will be on the cosmeceutical, personal care, and Health & Nutraceuticals industries.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for specialty ingredients and related products manufactured on US soil.
Collaborate with zonal sales heads, manufacturing heads, and the finance department to prepare the Annual Operation Plan (AOP) for all manufacturing units.
Utilize Customer Resource Management (CRM) software to create and manage the AOP.
Support distributors and customers with marketing and technical tools.
Conduct regular customer visits, maintain CRM records, and build strong relationships.
Represent company at industry events.

Required Skills & Experience

NEED Spanish (Be able to read fluently & converse at minimum)
Bachelors degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
2-4 years experience in business development & sales

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with CRM tools (ideally salesforce)
