An innovative property technology client of Insight Global in the luxury fractional real-estate market is looking for a Hybrid Business Development Manager in Cincinnati, OH. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for leading a new team of 6 BDRs through training and executing a structured sales process. You will develop, implement, and maintain sales training modules and playbooks, interact with clients and stakeholders, manage CRM tools, and monitor metrics and KPIs to ensure success. The ideal candidate has experience in high-end sales, has experience leading and building a team, and proven success in delivery and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Oversee Business Strategy: Create and implement a growth-focused business strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Sales Process and Training Management: Implement and maintain structured sales processes, onboarding programs, and continuous sales training, including creating and iterating on BDR playbooks.
- KPI Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to ensure they align with corporate objectives, and set and monitor KPIs for BDRs focused on consultations booked and held.
- Team Leadership and Development: Oversee a team of BDRs, providing continuous feedback, training, and support, and act as a strong motivator and developer of talent.
- Client Interaction and Relationship Management: Promote the companys products or services, maintain positive professional relationships with prospects and clients, and respond to important inquiries.
- CRM and Compensation Management: Implement and manage CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), and manage compensation plans to align with business objectives and drive performance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Sales/Business Development Management Experience
- Proven Record of Sales Growth
- Experience in a Real Estate, Property Technology, or High-End/Luxury corporate sales market
- Experience building out and implementing training modules and playbooks
- CRM Experience, preferably Salesforce
- A drive to lead and succeed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Real Estate specific experience
- Experienced in B2C customer base with longer sales cycles
- Experience in a start-up environment
