The Business Development Manager for Specialty & Quality Air is strategic and forward-thinking, with a long-term vision for developing and implementing solutions that support our customers, partners, and company in achieving sustainable, profitable growth. The primary goal is to integrate Nitrogen, Dryers, and Boosters into customers core operations, maximizing long-term value through tangible business outcomes. Key customers include refineries, oil and gas companies, and mining operations.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years in Technical Sales / Business Development within Portable and/or Quality Air.
Passion for Oil and Gas, Mining, LNG applications, and related technologies.
Connections within the oil and gas industry.
Expertise in Portable and/or Quality Air products.
Technical knowledge of Nitrogen, Boosters, and Dryers (at least two out of three, Nitrogen is most important).
Proven track record of driving results with strong leadership skills.
Innovative mindset for new technologies and problem-solving.
Degree in engineering, sales, marketing, or related field
