As the Business Development Representative, your primary responsibilities will include the development and execution of business development lead-generation programs. You will also be at the forefront of lead generation activities, including working collaboratively with Account Executives (AE’s), Marketing, and other Made4net teammates on specific programs and heavy outbound phone and email activity to enhance revenue for Made4net through license sales whereby independence, responsibility, initiative, and teamwork are essential. This position will contribute to the achievement of company sales and profit targets.

To succeed as a Business Development Representative, you should have:
  • 2+ years of business development or sales experience in business-to-business (B2B) enterprise software.
  • Proven lead generation or sales quota attainment track record.
  • Demonstrable experience achieving high outbound communication volumes (e.g., 50 calls/25 emails daily).
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred
  • Experience in Supply Chain Execution (WMS), SaaS/software sales, competitive knowledge, and value drivers are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com (or a similar CRM) and LinkedIn, as well as using other firmographics tools for research, is preferred.
  • Ability to travel to trade shows and sales meetings


Your responsibilities will include utilizing your skills and talents to perform the following successfully:
  • Manage Inbound and Outbound lead generation activities, collaborating with AEs, marketing, and partners to meet sales goals and pipeline metrics.
  • Research and prospect creatively for new customers who align with the company’s value proposition.
  • Identify and qualify project needs, budget, timelines, and business obstacles for handoff to sales.
  • Conduct qualification calls and virtual meetings to understand prospects’ requirements and interests.
  • Set up meetings between prospective decision-makers and company representatives.
  • Develop compelling supply chain value propositions based on ROI analysis and collaborate with Marketing to enhance market visibility and lead generation efforts.
