Position Summary:

This position will serve as a member of the Medical Education Information Services (MEIS) Analytics Team, with a primary role in maintaining existing and developing new reports and data visualizations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides business process, system support, and data quality governance for data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders
  • Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to data management and system.
  • Maintains business knowledge to be able to understand and explain the context of Business Intelligence reports.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements in relation to data processes. Identifies, reviews, and evaluates data management metrics.
  • Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise.
  • Partners with business leads to ensure data quality and data consistency across sources. Collaborates with other IT functions.
  • Provides training and support on data process to users.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $45,395 - $73,770

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the following is preferred: T-SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Report Builder Tableau Server, Tableau Desktop, and Power BI Microsoft Excel PowerShell, Python, Postman, APIs, and ETL Git and GitLab ServiceNow
