Insight Global is looking for a Business Manager/Project Coordinator to join one of their top financial clients in Jersey City. This person will be joining the Equities team within Global Markets. They will be responsible for creating reporting presentations, consolidating data, and validating with stakeholders. This person will also be building high level stories reporting on progress and roadmaps. They should have strong experience in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for automation. Clear communication, the ability to navigate challenges, and creativity are essential to success in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years' of experience as a business manager and/or project coordinator
Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel 2016 or later (strong tooling, VLOOKUP's, array functions, running VBA macros)
Experience with SharePoint for automation
Experience with executive-level reporting and interacting with various stakeholders
Strong presentation skills
Strong communication and ability to navigate challenges

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Financial background (specifically within equities or front office trading)
Experience with 3Forge for creating UI's
Knowledge of Tableau
