SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager III, the incumbent acts as an expert to the Department working on mission critical projects such as the Business Modernization (BizMod), Responsible Beverage Services (RBS), and eRecords projects that have a statewide impact and require cross functional collaboration to complete each phase of the project. As a project expert, the incumbent will primarily be responsible for defining and prioritizing strategies, roadmaps, and key functionality for the project and working closely with the Information Technology (IT) Division to implement solutions in a phased approach. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing communication strategies, training, and overseeing staff that address and resolve stakeholder concerns and provide assistance.

Working Conditions

This position will have an opportunity to have a hybrid telework schedule after the initial training and onboarding process.

If the employee is working at an alternate work location during telework, they are required to maintain a safe working condition at the approved site, abide by the Departments Telework Policy and Ergonomic Policy, and agree to maintain a distraction-free remote work environment. Further, employees are required to be available through various forms of communication during work hours.
