Business Operations Analyst

Description:
JOB PURPOSE:
Collaborating with clinical team leaders and senior administrators to drive performance improvement initiatives for the entity. Scoping projects, developing project plans and assisting with implementing solutions. Designing standard reports and dashboards, and developing the analytics solutions for business performance measurement, along with the underlying data models needed. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure that the solutions achieve desired results.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Management Science, healthcare, or a related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible data analytics or process improvement experience in the healthcare field.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: N/A

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in Health Systems/Health Administration, Business/Management, Public Health or a related field preferred. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or CPHQ strongly preferred. Experience leading process improvement project or Kaizen events preferred. Big five Consulting or Epic experience preferred. Experience in Data Visualization and/or Data Modeling. Tableau experience preferred. Clinical experience preferred.
