Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and streamline business processes related to pricing and valuation of mortgage-backed securities.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and tools for analyzing large financial datasets.
  • Support enhancements to pricing systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOX controls.
  • Prepare and present operational and financial reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of pricing strategies and portfolio transactions.
  • Track key operational metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality, reporting frequency, and system performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, pricing, or capital markets.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, VBA, and data analytics.
  • Experience with pricing, valuation, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience with mortgage-backed securities, SOX controls, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with risk management and capital markets operations.
