Business Operations Associate Consultant

LaSalle Network has partnered with a high growth real estate investment firm in Chicago to bring on a new Business Operations Associate Consultant to their Strategy & Operations team.

This client is looking for an experienced consultant, preferably from a Big 4 consulting firm, to help optimize business operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective and innovative solutions to our client's real estate investment strategies. This role is budgeted up to a base of $95,000 with additional bonus and will be in their downtown office 3 days a week.

Business Operations Associate Consultant Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership to align business operations with company goals
• Create data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Provide expert advice on industry best practices and emerging trends

Business Operations Associate Consultant Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in business consulting, preferably from a Big 4 firm
• Strong background in real estate, finance or related fields
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
