Full Time Business Partner Contract Coordinator - La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc. operates Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet Plus Stores, in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa with 36,000+ co-workers' company wide. Kwik Trip, Inc. is seeking a Business Partner Contract Coordinator to manage the Enterprise-Wide Vendor and Customer compliance as well as assist in Contract Administration.

Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited:
  • Collect, analyze, and validate all business partner data to ensure full compliance with established guidelines and standards based upon internal, state and federal requirements.
  • Follow up with business partners and Kwik Trip business units to process setup requests and maintain accurate business partner master database.
  • Monitor continued business partner compliance per vendor compliance framework.
  • Verify business partner categories to ensure compliance with risk mitigation measures.
  • Work with Risk Management, Legal, Food Safety Quality Assurance, Procurement and other key departments to review and ensure compliance with category requirements.
  • Ensure collection of all contracts and supporting documents for storage in the company document repository
  • Monitor contract workflow process to ensure that it is working properly, all contracts are properly executed and expiring contracts are reviewed.
  • Ensure uploaded contracts are complete and in compliance with contract documentation.
  • Answering departmental and vendor questions as they arise.
  • Assist with miscellaneous projects and initiatives as required.


Qualifications:
  • 2 Year Associate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting or related fields, as well as two - four years of relevant experience.

Candidates should possess knowledge of the following:
  • Intermediate knowledge of business partner set-up and accounts payable procedures
  • Knowledge of business partner policies and guidelines
  • Knowledge of contracting policies and guidelines
  • SAP and AS400 systems
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office software
  • Internal policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure compliance of all master data
  • Business internal auditing procedures


Additional qualifications include:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships
  • Ability to maintain effective co-worker relations through listening, questioning, observing, reviewing, and interpreting
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to be a team player and work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday daytime hours
