Insight Global's Top Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Business Process Analyst with Project Management skills to join their Patient Support Services organization. Recent Inflation Reduction Act legislation is impacting the criteria of patient coverage for free goods under Medicare/Medicaid. These changes are driving the need for technology enhancements to their Patient Support Services platform built on Salesforce. This resource will be instrumental in project planning, process design/mapping, stakeholder management, risk management, reporting, comms, and UAT for the program. They should have a strong domain knowledge of HUB patient servies, Medicare/Medicaid, Contact Center partnerships for patient services, and Salesforce/CRM. This is a 6 month contract + extensions with rate range of $60-90/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Process Analysis, and/or Project Management

4+ years' in HUB patient services or related space

Experience in mapping business processes for technology enhancements related to Salesforce/CRM

Domain knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid

Visio, Jira, Powerpoint, MS Project or similar project tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Medicare Part-D knowledge

Salesforce Service Cloud integration/configuration exp
