*** Contract position for 12+ month

*** The job is on-site with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not an option. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH (Strongsville OH)

Process Improvement Analyst :

- This role is critical in advancing change methodology and procedures, working closely with policy owners to keep business processes and technology current.
- Strengthen business needs/requirements for enterprise-wide change methodology
- Consult with Enterprise Change Office stakeholders to reimagine current state required business processes
- Develop innovative and automated solutions to improve efficiency, remove redundancy, eliminate manual processes, and streamline tools used in change execution
- Engage with various roles across the company to elicit and document specific requirements as User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and agile scrum team, including UX (User Experience) designers, other Process Improvement Analysts, and Technical Writers
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Enterprise Change Office's Training and Organizational Change Management Team
- Your work will directly contribute to increased speed to market and reduction of risk when executing changes to Customer Products/Services, Processes, and/or Technology as defined by the Change Methodology Framework Policy.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Experience as a Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst on an Agile Scrum Team
- Proficiency in eliciting business needs/requirements and translating them into User Stories and testable acceptance criteria
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence
- Technical writing experience
- Certifications in Agile/SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification
