RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst is responsible for the research and understanding of all revenue cycle department workflows in order to facilitate effective report writing, management of all provisioning to revenue cycle tools and third party software systems and all Revenue Cycle employee newsletters, emails and updating of the Rev cycle Web content and SharePoint content. Responsibilities include the analysis, development and testing of requested reports form revenue cycle leadership. Providing analytical assistance for trouble shooting revenue cycle issues and for accounts receivable analysis. Works with revenue cycle leaders to support the day to day system environments through table maintenance, work queues development and analysis. Ad-hoc revenue cycle reporting to interested parties including: vendors, directors and executives.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or closely related field.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree (8) years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or Information Systems, preferably with a focus in content management, project management or system maintenance.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
(4) years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle or Information Systems, preferably with a focus in content management, project management or system maintenance.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additional software experience includes Crystal, Epic and Tableau reporting preferred. Epic reporting workbench and clarity report writing preferred. Strong analytical skills as well as strong skills related to the creation and modification of financial spreadsheets and other presentation-related software applications are required. Strong skills utilizing deductive thinking and analysis of consequences required.
