Within the Wealth Management Client Segment division, the Direct & Institutional Business division is home to three distinct business lines. The Business Risk team is a shared resource across DIB, primarily supporting the Morgan Stanley at Work division. This team is looking for a dynamic individual contributor to support the Morgan Stanley at Work employee registration program. This position is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of program components, including data management, communications, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage all program data to ensure accuracy and availability of key reporting dataset

• Provide regular reporting on monthly/ad hoc licensing/registration activities (e.g., assess employee population on a monthly and as-needed basis to ensure that all employees are aligned to the right role and associated licensing/registration requirements)

• Support employees with information and instructions to assist with the exam and registration proce

• Track employee progress toward associated licensing/registration requirement

• Maintaining email inbox for general questions and requests in a timely manner

• Continually evaluate the program for compliance with Firm and FINRA requirements in partnership with other functions in the organization

• Prepare presentations and communications materials for reporting needs across the division (including executive readouts)

• Enhance processes where/if needed

• Own first-level supervisory review process and work directly with Firm supervisors to streamline supervision and evidence submission proce

• Scheduling key meetings for regular program activities relating to role identification, review and update

• Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting related programs and team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 4+ years of experience in program support (including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously)

• 4+ years of experience with cross-functional collaboration in a financial/investment service

• Knowledge of FINRA exams and registration requirements preferred

• Excellent writing and communication skill

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with dispersed teams and colleagues at various levels within the organization
