Business Solutions Analyst

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Solutions analyst to join a project team to expand functionality of our global medical device tracking system to meet our commercial objectives. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, understanding business needs, and leveraging their analytical and technical expertise to meet the business requirements of the quality and commercial organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, experience in the medical device industry, knowledge of regulated quality systems and a proven track record of leading successful technology initiatives. This role is able to pay between $50-64/hr based on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience

BS Degree, with 5+ years of experience, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in business analysis, with a focus on implementing technology solutions.
Demonstrated experience working in cross functional on-shore and off-shore teams including 3rd party systems integrators.
Experience in the medical device industry with proven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems which includes strong documentation skills.
Experience with change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during the implementation of new technologies or process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated data analysis skills and ability to perform SQL queries to analyze data.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand and communicate technical information to an audience of varying skill levels.
Self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable, with strong customer service orientation
Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Experience working in an Agile framework.
