Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for one of our largest medical device clients. Primary focus of this role is on documenting unmet needs in the pricing and operations space. The successful candidate will conduct interviews across key stakeholder groups, identify challenges and unmet needs, and provide insights that will drive disciplined pricing decisions, revenue growth, and profitable contract strategies. This role sits within their Commercial IT team and is leadership-facing. Strong communication skills, desire to take lead, and collaborate with others is required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in pricing, analytics, or commercial operations.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of pricing analytics, business outcomes, and key performance indicators.
- Familiarity with US Hospitals & IDNs pricing models, customer margin, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with predictive modeling, machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and application within the pricing and contract lifecycle management domain.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data management solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with pricing optimization software and pricing analytics.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry.
