Business Systems Analyst

Our client in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team! This candidate must be able to come oniste 5 days a week. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the client is getting the maximum business value from our IT ecosystem, resulting in efficient and effective business operations.

Location: Kansas City, MO - onsite (can provide relocation assistance)

Terms: Full time

Must Haves:
- Strong background in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions.
- Deep understanding of business processes and technology, enabling them to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into efficient D365 configurations and customizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 BC functionalities, configuration options, and customization capabilities, with a strong understanding of finance and supply chain processes.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
