Business Systems Analyst

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire two Business Systems Analyst to their team in St. Louis, MO to join the Field Operations organization. The Field Operations Systems & Tools team is responsible for the tools utilized by field technicians and their supervisors, along with other analytics and task tools used to communicate between groups. These Business Systems Analyst's will be responsible for working with project stakeholders to define and document the requirements for enhancements to the TechMobile and SupMobile applications used by field technicians and their supervisors. They will act as the SME on these applications. Additional responsibilities include: analyzing existing application functionality to determine current state, analyzing project requests to determine desired future state and creating requirements documentation to achieve the future state and working closely with development team to understand feasibility of project request, systems impact, and what development needs documented for project success. They will also be working in tandem with the testers and developers to ensure the level of detail is being met.

5+ Years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

Experienced with Waterfall methodologies

Experience creating very detailed user stories

Excellent written and verbal communication

Telecommunications Background
