Business Systems Analyst :

- Mentor and coach junior team members in BA best practices and Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex requirements and create comprehensive documentation
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams
- Provide strategic input into project planning and decision-making processes
- Oversee release management activities, including coordinating release schedules and ensuring documentation accuracy
- Break down projects and requests into fine-grained business scenarios or logical steps
- Identify MVP (Minimum Viable Product), manage dependencies, and segment features and business capabilities
- Scope, manage, and negotiate efforts
- Recognize technical capabilities within a business flow or process
- Create system flows that capture system-to-system interaction and existing capability behavior

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Relevant certifications like : Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) , Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA) certification
- Experience with PI (Program Increment) Planning /as in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)/
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, ServiceNow
- Nice to have ( not mandatory ) : experience with Postman and SoapUI
