Location: Flagstaff, AZ (86002), Remote

Duration: 4 Months (Possible extension)

Primary Skills: ServiceNow, SAP Supply Chain, Jira/ Jira Align, PTC Windchill and Oracle PLM

Job Description:

• The Equipment Procurement and Master Data team in Supply Chain IT is seeking an energetic and curious SAP Systems Analyst who has a passion for solving problems.

Specific roles of this position will include:

• Collecting and analyzing information from business users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system

• Working closely with business stakeholders to develop required training and maintaining application documentation

• Developing use cases, business scenarios, and/or demos, planning and coordinating testing of the newly developed features and providing support using ServiceNow

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science or other engineering disciplines plus 6 years of experience with a BS Degree OR MS Degree with 4 years OR PHD with 2 years of experience

• 5 years of business system analyst experience in the SAP Supply Chain modules

• Business process and SAP systems experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Material Management

• Highly knowledgeable in Agile/SAFe methodologies, and skilled in using Jira and Jira Align

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms, at all levels, within and outside the organization, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with ITIL framework and ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter or Oracle PLM a plus
