Summary:
The client partners with different business units in the organization to integrate new technologies and features to streamline their business and support revenue growth.

The Monetization & Portfolio Management (MPM) team within the client's Technology & Operations is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst that will lead and support multiple initiatives with our Global Brands & Experience (GBE) business partners. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for closely collaborating on the integration of new technologies and workflows as they are designed, developed, deployed, and integrated across our system landscape.

Responsibilities:
• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers.
• Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

• User Test Plans & Test Scripts
• User Guides & Quick Reference Guides

Required Qualifications:
1) WordPress or other website configuration Experience
a. WordPress and WordPress plug-ins.
2) Business Analyst Experience
a. 5+ Years of experience as BA - not project managers.
3) Customer facing experience.
a. Leading meetings, presentations, workshops, programming's, trainings, testing sessions, etc.

Desired Qualifications:
1) Experience in Media & Entertainment Industry
2) Experience with Brands & Franchises
3) Experience with Tableau CRM
4) Ability to create mockups or wireframes to support documentation, preferably using Figma
5) Salesforce basic Sales Cloud and Service cloud objects, object relationships and functionalities

Soft Skills:
1) Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions.
2) Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage.
3) Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
4) Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines.
5) Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details.
6) Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions.
7) A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level.
8) Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions.

Education / Certifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

Pay Rate: $84/ hour W2
