Location: Miamisburg, OH and Jacksonville, FL - preferred locations due to team presence

PITTSBURGH, PA/CLEVELAND, OH/ DOWNERS GROVE, IL/STRONGSVILLE, OH/ HIGHLAND HILLS, OH

Birmingham, Alabama/ Dallas, TX/ Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Contract to hire

Working Hours (Flexible): M-F, 8-5, core hours 9-4 (flex)

any experience with loan mortgage loss mitigation is required

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:

attend daily standup at 9:15am and provide status updates

schedule follow up meetings based on progress

work with defining sprint planning

work on developed user stories

understand the business requirements

write user stories

Describe the required must have technical skills, tools, or experience:

Mortgage Default Background - min 1+ years

Agile methodology - min 5 years

Experience working in IT and big application experience - min 5 years

Experience as a BSA - min 5 years

Is there any skills you are willing to flex on if a candidate does not have it?

Default Mortgage (Loss mitigation) background/ knowledge is highly desirable
