Your Job

The Enterprise Finance Applications Team at Koch Global Services (KGS) is seeking a technical Business Systems Analyst to join our team to support leveraged, enterprise Treasury applications and Treasury projects across the global Koch Industries companies with an emphasis in data, AWS, API, and Generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for supporting Treasury IT processes, the overall Kyriba platform, proactively monitor systems/integrations, and primarily support our global Treasury users. Additionally, you will provide execution support for new application implementations/projects, identify consumer experience process enhancements, and identify ways to improve and automate processes.

The Enterprise Finance Applications team is a product centric organization that is aligned to Koch's key business areas. The Finance Technology team provides value-added strategic partnerships with other Koch companies in ownership and support of several key processes and platforms, including Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Treasury. As a preferred partner, we focus on people, processes, technology, and data to drive transformation. Our team members are key contributors through the application of frameworks and principles with an emphasis on leveraging critical and economic thinking to drive value.

What You Will Do
  • Connect with the treasury team and stakeholders to develop and maintain strong working relationships, optimize value, and internalize business strategies that support Treasury and KGS visions. Actively listen and anticipate customers' future needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities.
  • Leverage experience with API's, JSON, and Postman to streamline data flows, enhance system integrations, support Treasury API testing, and facilitate seamless connectivity with Kyriba while ensuring a robust and secure data exchange.
  • Utilize AWS services to support cloud-based solutions and infrastructure by maintaining and managing data storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility, and supporting/monitoring AWS alerts.
  • Support the global Treasury user base by performing payment set-ups, review payment testing scenarios, and ensure payment processes are efficient, secure, and complaint with regulatory requirements; Test and validate system releases and functionality, communicating effectively with customers on changes, and creating documentation when applicable.
  • Partner with product team, global customers, vendors, consultants, and IT teams to transform, implement technology solutions, and lead projects that drive efficiency and automation of manual/inefficient processes.
  • Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of treasury, accounting, and payment processes and translating that knowledge into optimizing Kyriba and other treasury applications. Critically think through Kyriba's module inter-dependencies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience engaging with customers through soliciting, capturing, and critically thinking through requirements.
  • Experience using data to understand business needs and utilizing ETL processes to optimize data extraction, ensuring data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Analytical experience, specifically around having a curiosity mindset and asking good questions to dig deep into business processes to define business outcomes and develop solutions.
  • Experience with AWS S3, file transfer applications (ie..MOVEit), data lakes and data products (ie..Alteryx, Splunk) and data visualization and BI tools (ie..Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with API's and integrations.
  • Experience managing, prioritizing, and working simultaneously across multiple issues and concurrent projects.
  • Experience providing reasonable customer communications about delivery dates, updates and managing expectations.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with Treasury processes (cash management, cash forecasting, payments, bank connectivity), finance, and/or accounting.
  • Experience with Treasury applications, such as Kyriba.
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise ERP or other large-scale projects, specifically in the accounting/finance/Accounts Receivable area.
  • Experience influencing and challenging peers and stakeholders to drive to common goals and solutions.
  • Experience with Generative AI technology.
  • Experience partnering with global end users.
  • Experience working in Agile based methodology (Kanban, SCRUM).
  • Experience with ITBM ServiceNow.
