About the role

The purpose of this position is to lead all aspects of the capital planning technology and activities. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for capital planning technology, data integrity and support the applications' training.

What you'll do

  • Guide capital planning technology utilization, from start to finish to achieve target goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review status for active and pending work. Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or sophisticated.
  • Work with internal partners and business units to install capital planning technology and improve asset data.
  • Lead development of data standards and naming conventions.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to develop process for incorporating non serialized assets (building fabric) into the capital planning technology.
  • Leads capital planning activities including operations, implementation, data integrity program, training and ongoing care.
  • Acts as primary liaison and subject matter expert for the account regarding Asset Insight.
  • Manage Asset Insight system upgrade communication and training.
  • Train staff and client resources on Asset Insight operation.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality control of Asset Insight database.
  • Designs business metrics for accountability.
  • Meets with various business groups and client collaborators to understand their requirements.
  • Build business metrics to continually improve quality of asset data and efficiency of gathering.
  • Generate, review and understand reports.
  • Use and aggregate data from different sources to create complete analysis, improvement and or recommendations.
  • Prepare and presents results of analysis along with the impact to the business to all levels of management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and requests associated to Asset Insight and escalate to Global Product Owner as needed.
  • Gather data and summarize to facilitate review and decision making.
  • Provide routine status reports and project summaries.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of, proficiency in, 5 years proven user/system administrator experience in the use of CBRE's CMMS SI7 and or capital planning technology.
  • Decisions made with detailed understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project timelines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Business Systems/Technical Analyst position is $75,000.00 annually [or $36.05 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Business Systems/Technical Analyst is $80,000.00 annually [or $38.46 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
