Job Description
Understand and analyze information technology/telecommunications needs of the business in order to assess the impact of new or changing environments and conditions. Gather business requirements, conduct research and analysis and develop reports, recommendations and plans to improve the quality of information technology- based products and services.
Facilitate business process re-engineering by providing recommendations to improve efficiencies through appropriate technologies and process design/redesign; ensure appropriate input and authorizations are obtained
from all operating units having an operating or information interest in the process being assessed. Utilize a variety of methods to document and illustrate the flow of information/work processes including but not limited to
diagrams, flow charts, and graphs
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers and stakeholders to understand business and functional needs; provide regular updates to affected parties
Demonstrate a high level of initiative, independence, and maturity in all aspects of work; use creative and critical thinking techniques to identify and implement new or novel ways to improve products, services and service
delivery, demonstrate effective delegation skills when applicable
Contribute to the successful completion of assignments and projects by providing a variety of information including but not limited to cost estimates, return- on- investment analysis, business cases, feature and
functionality reports, process design documents, and implementation management of complex projects.

8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 1 years of experience in the information technology, telecommunications industry, or related field is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an enterprise level, higher-education and/or healthcare IT environment. Excellent customer service and communications skills. 5 years of experience in the information technology, telecommunications industry, or related field is desirable.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $38,480 - $60,000 Commensurate with experience
