Business Technology Analyst

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and at least 3 years of experience

Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

Deep understanding of technical processes including quality control, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and requests

Strong organizational skills, as well as strong analytical and interpretive skills

Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and support development team in development of resolutions

Ability to develop best practices

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication

Database skills (Oracle and/or SQL Server) and Advanced SOAP/Postman knowledge

Pay Details: $27.00 to $3.00 per hour
