The Business Technology Partner has the ability to impact and transform the organization through nurturing relationships both inside and outside the IS department and Children's National Departments. As a member of the IT Business Technology partner team, you'll lead interactions with all levels within Children' National to plan and implement the capabilities and enabling tools required to meet business needs. You'll develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between Children's Nationals high-level vision, strategy, and capabilities and the people, process, and technical solutions, while considering the identified constraints and existing technology. You'll present recommendations to the internal teams and the internal client, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy and provide techniques for implementation. You'll participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic and changing project environments. As a change strategy consultant, you'll identify and anticipate future needs as you create their way forward.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a healthcare related field. (Required)
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Strategy or Transformation, or in Strategy Consulting with Healthcare Clients (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and mitigations.
  • Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop strategies to address and mitigate them.
  • Ability to design, structure, and lead teams or projects and deliverables
  • Ability to work effectively across the organization, leveraging matrixed teams and building coalitions to realize shared objectives
  • Ability to assess an organization from a people, process, technology, and infrastructure perspective
  • Collaborate with the departmental leadership team to align program strategies with the overall IS roadmap and business objectives.
