About the Role:

As a CBRE Business Development Analyst, you will provide administrative support to the team. This includes providing research, client perspectives, and market information that helps support strategic business.

This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.

What You'll Do:

•Assist in all aspects of the client engagement process. This includes gathering information, identifying issues, and providing input during client discussions.

•Help the business with special projects that support sales functions and strategic goals. Projects include revenue and market evaluation and prospective client research.

•Suggest tools and drive efforts to support business development and revenue-driving activities.

•Assist with sales pitch presentation preparations and fielding client or business inquiries.

•Perform an evaluation of new business opportunities and client industry segments within a small capacity.

•Research business development target lists, keep up to date with industry trends, and maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends.

•Keep records and relevant contract documentation in support of the business.

•Conduct financial modeling and asset valuation on target clients' holdings or prospects. Provide recommendations on business development strategies and solutions.

•Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

•Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

•Impact the quality of own work.

•Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

•Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding

What You'll Need:

•Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate license preferred.

•Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

•Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

•Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

•Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Pay Disclaimer: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
