Your tasks

• Purchase Orders: Manage and execute purchase requisitions and orders
• Vendor Management: Monitor and assess supplier performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
• Identify, monitor and proactively derive supply risk mitigation actions.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by forecasting and managing demand vs. supply and coordinate with the planning and warehouse team.
• Quality Assurance and Supplier Auditing: Collaborate with quality control and quality assurance teams to ensure purchased items meet the required quality standards.
• Compliance: Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and vendor performance.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineer "preferred") or Operations Management.
• SAP MRP experience
• 3 years+ of Operations business experience in a Senior Buyer/Procurement role
