JOB DETAILS

Location: Work from home! (Must live in California)

Equipment: Provided

Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8:00AM - 6:00PM (40 hours a week/8 hours a day)

Pay Rate: $21 to $23 an hour (based on second language)

Temp Project

Brief List of Job Duties:

• Receive inbound customer calls to help with healthcare enrollment (No Sales).
• Research issues and provide prompt resolutions.
• Navigate basic call center software.

• Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Armenian, Cambodian, Cantonese, Farsi, Korean, Laotian, Mandarin, Russian, or Vietnamese.
• Must live in California.
• 6 months + of customer services experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer proficient
• High speed internet connection (>25mbps)
