Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous Cable Assembler to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this role, you will perform a diverse range of assembly tasks involving both repetitive and non-repetitive operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies. These may include modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly operations using hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws, following diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Conduct continuity checks on work in progress and completed assemblies.
• Conduct quality inspections during the processing line to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in electronic or mechanical assembly preferred.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, drawings, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
