We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our client's rapidly growing Media Group. As a Campaign Manager on our Global Accounts team, you will play a crucial role in building and selling our advertising solutions to key partners, leveraging our proven conversion-driven and brand-building strategies.

Reporting to an Industry Manager, you will use your 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign management to execute, recognize, and deliver revenue closed by the sales team. This position requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as you'll independently generate insights for campaigns in your portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns
  • Understand and implement upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics
  • Define metrics and measure campaign success using internal analytics
  • Lead daily campaign maintenance, including addressing internal questions about tracking and status
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and clients through exceptional service
  • Traffic campaign tags into ad technology environments and oversee the QA process
  • Formulate proposals for new client opportunities
  • Manage creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentation
  • Partner with Analytics team on reporting and insights generation
  • Troubleshoot issues on pre-production and live campaigns
  • Provide campaign wrap-up and monthly auditing reports
  • Attend client meetings as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
  • Client-facing experience with strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, SQL, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
  • Ability to advise partners on best practices and identify areas of opportunity
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

This role will focus on Sponsored Search Optimization and is fully remote. However, candidates should be aware that if converted to a full-time employee, proximity to a company hub may be required.

The successful candidate will join a team of 30 members, with a primary focus on providing optimization recommendations as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $52/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
