Our team at Aquent is seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign Planning Specialist to manage the creative trafficking and administrative tasks for our e-commerce client's marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the various creative assets and media placements across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Trafficking and Asset Management:
    • Manage the business of creative trafficking between various channels (Streaming audio, Radio, OOH, GSTV, Direct Mail, CTV, etc.).
    • Update Creative Rotation Reports that will be sent out in the weekly Active Media Report to the wider organization.
    • Facilitate creative swaps and rotations for various initiatives.
    • Serve as the middleman between Media/Activation teams, Creative, and Vendors to submit and track creative asset requests, work-in-progress, and final deliveries.
    • Maintain and organize the Creative folder of all channel assets.
    • Perform quality assurance on all channel creatives, including reviewing scripts, verifying URLs, and QR codes.
    • Assist with pulling tracking code data.
  • Media Spend Tracking and Administration:
    • Review and update the media spend tracker on a weekly basis.
    • Assist the Media strategist with administrative tasks, such as:
    • Submitting media requests and cancellations
    • Monitoring intake requests
    • Updating trackers
    • Collecting and consolidating information from various sources (dashboards, documents, etc.)

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar campaign planning or project management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with project management tools and creative asset management software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible to meet changing business needs and deadlines.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.51 to $32.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
