JOB SUMMARY:

Provide general office support to the Campus Inclusion Center. Assist with event setup, program coordination, and perform general clerical and administrative tasks associated with CIC programs and events.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event set-up, event décor for Heritage months & DEI events.

Research of DEI content and topics, evaluating DEI surveys, and review Campus Inclusion suggestion box entries for programming ideas.

Creating posters and/or fliers for CIC related events and programs.

Provide general clerical/administrative support for CIC programs and events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a current full-time student at Seton Hall University

• Completed at least 30 credits at Seton Hall University

• Be in good academic standing with Seton Hall University

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5

• Be available to attend mandatory trainings and events

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Event set-up experience, public relations/marketing experience (for student/campus events), poster/flier design capabilities
