Title: Campus Recruiter (Investment Banking)
Location: NY office, campus travel
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $40-45/hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
As a Campus Recruiter on the Campus Recruitment team, you will be supporting all aspects of the campus recruiting process, including virtual and some onsite campus events, screening, interviewing, offering out, managing candidates, and acting as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers and interview teams. This resource will be aligned with our Global Corporate & Investment Banking business, which includes Intrepid, our M&A business.
Additional Responsibilities:

• Attract and recruit college students to our Summer Analyst and full-time analyst programs. You will play an active role in our on-campus event presence and digital/social recruitment strategy.

• Articulate the vision for the company's future and the career opportunities ahead as we increase our focus on harnessing the power and value of GenZ / NextGen talent.

Qualifications:

• At least two years experience as a full-cycle campus recruiter for banking/ financial services, preferably supporting front office-type roles.
• Solid communication skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong sense and ownership of the candidate engagement experience
• Strong attention to detail and experience in maintaining data integrity.
• Ability to gather KPIs, synthesize information, and present findings to various audiences.
• Experience using tools such as Handshake and must have experience using Workday as an applicant tracking tool.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
• Some local travel may be required.
