As the Capacity Management Director you will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Patient Access, the Patient Access Organization (PAO) Capacity Management Director serves in a leadership role to oversee the design, monitoring and maintenance of ambulatory capacity management functions across the clinical enterprise.

This PAO Capacity Management Director will oversee the efficient utilization of resources and optimize patient flow in our ambulatory healthcare facilities. This leader ensures a patient centered access approach to services are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and timely. The Capacity Management Director collaborates with executive leadership, clinical and operational leadership and managers, as well as physicians to identify and proactively mitigate issues which create barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow. Overall, this leader will work on strategic initiatives on behalf of the PAO to achieve organizational targets. This leader creates and maintains a goal-oriented climate of cross-team collaboration for effective problem solving, conflict resolution, support for organizational values and standard work. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure the highest quality of care while maximizing operational efficiency.

This position is on a fixed hybrid schedule that will have set days in the office to be determined by Sr Director of the PAO.

Salary range: $105,200 to $250,600
