Required Skills & Experience

BS in Engineering

10 years in heavy industrial / heavy refinery environment

Understanding project details and managing projects from an overall perspective (including safety, quality, costs, and schedules).

Proficiency in safety protocols, engineering principles, estimating, construction processes, team motivation, cost control, scheduling, and performance metrics.

Understanding of the Front-End Loading (FEL) processes, which involve a gated approach to project execution.
