The community you'll be caring for:

• Our care for patients extend to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families and providing on call, 24 hours, 7 days a week Chaplains for spiritual support.

The role you'll contribute:

Performs Electrocardiograms, Stress Tests, 24 hour Holter Monitors, Electroencephalography, and assists in the scheduling of diagnostic procedures. Is responsible for preparing accurate test results.

• Properly performs exams in accordance with established departmental guidelines to aid physicians in diagnosis and treatment of patients and at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.

• Checks patient ID band and verifies request before beginning procedure.

• Procedures requested are performed in a timely manner on the date specified in text.

• Recognizes abnormalities and reports findings to physician and/or floor as indicated before the end of the shift.

• Recognizes artifacts as such with ability to eliminate them if possible.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must have adequate knowledge to prepare accurate test results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school graduate or equivalent.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Experience preferred in specialized areas such as EKG's, Stress Testing, Holter Monitoring, EEG's, etc. and clerical skills.
