This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 26300 Cedar Rd,. Ste.1105, Beachwood, OH 44122

We offer up to 6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:30am to 5pm CST, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • High Volume customer service environment
  • This position will have the following responsibilities:
  • Regular contact with provider groups to collect clinical data
  • Support Patients in scheduling Home Visits
  • Ensure that Landmark has all the documentation available regarding patient conditions
  • Support Landmark providers and Nurse Care Managers with operational and clinical tasks
  • Handle Escalated patient issues, ensuring the appropriate resources are involved
  • Follow triage protocol when needed
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • The position requires working once a week in the office

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED and/or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (ability to create, edit, save and send documents and spreadsheets)
  • 1+ years of administrative support background
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm CST.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the health care industry
  • Experience with escalated customer service issue resolution
  • Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid Services
  • Experience working in a metric-driven work environment
  • Experience working as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Pharmacy Assistant
  • Experience as a Pharmacy Tech or other clinical administrative role in a health care setting

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Reside within 30 miles from Cleveland or Columbus, OH
  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills

  • Must be able to type and talk at the same time and navigate through multiple screens
